Excellent service. Louie reached out ahead of our scheduled appointment for a brief consultation and when I arrived everything was already laid out as discussed. We were completely aligned on the look I wanted to achieve and I can’t wait to pick up my items from tailoring. Would highly recommend!

Hayden did a fantastic job explaining the ins and outs of choices for a custom made suit. I got to learn a lot as we stepped through and tried out many different variations, ultimately settling on the perfect suit. Much appreciated for the combination of both thoroughness and speed at which we got through the fitting!

Seldom do I leave Google reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the exceptional service I received at Suitsupply, thanks to Isaiah. Isaiah was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable during my first custom suit experience. He patiently guided me through every micro-adjustment, stopping to seek my opinion at every step. Midway through the fitting, he implored the help of another salesperson for a second opinion on my measurements to ensure everything was accurate. After everything was said and done, Isaiah even provided me with his contact information so that I can reach out to him directly if I have any questions after receiving my suit! Customer service like that is unheard of nowadays, so I really appreciated him going the extra mile. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and when I inevitably return to Chicago for another suit, Isaiah will be my go-to person. I highly recommend Suitsupply (Isaiah, in particular) and give it a solid 5/5. Keep up the fantastic work!

I just purchased a custom suit for my wedding, and I want to personally thank Enrique for his help!!! This was my 3rd attempt at buying a custom suit, and Enrique was the only person I've had an appointment with that gave me the time of day, knew what he was talking about, and dialed me in! Thanks for your help Enrique. I'm going to look so sharp on my wedding day and in the pictures I'll look at forever because of YOU.

I walked into Suit Supply wanting to have a new tuxedo for any occasion. Louie, my stylist, heard my vision and brought it to life. I walked out with both a fashion statement tux and a casual suit that will require a second look when I’m moving around. Louie was efficient, professional, attentive, and the great service came with a smile. I am overly appreciative of the great service at Suit Supply and expertise of my stylist Louie. I’ll be back again soon.

This Suit Supply store is amazing. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been fantastic, Flora and Hayden specifically! Hayden helped me curate outfits for a work trip I had the next day with no problem. I came back after the trip for some alterations and Flora was SO helpful. I can’t recommend this location enough!

I recently visited SuitSupply and had a great experience. I purchased a fully black suit (pants and jacket) along with a shirt, and everything turned out perfect. I’ve known the store manager, Cameron, for a long time from previous work at this location, where I was involved on the maintenance side through my former company. Coming back now as a customer was a great experience, and it was nice to see the same high standards still in place. Hayden helped me select the suit, and he was outstanding—very professional, highly knowledgeable about fit and tailoring details, and genuinely focused on helping me choose the best option possible. His guidance made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for both quality suits and excellent customer service.

What a great experience with Dino/Constantine! So knowledgeable, patient & overall stellar customer service! I loved the note you can put when you make an appointment so the person who works with you has some.idea of what you’re looking for. This was helpful and saves time. Dino helped me understand different styles and fits which made my life SUPER easy. On top of that, we found a sports coat that worked and fit GREAT! He also walked me through the website so I knew how to utilize all its features so when I go back, he knows what I’m looking for. I’ve bought from other places but this is really where you need to go to make the investment in a quality piece. Looking forward to going back.

I had an outstanding experience at SuitSupply and wanted to recognize two team members who truly went above and beyond. Flora was incredible. I came in looking for a cocktail-attire outfit appropriate for a wedding in Mexico (linen-friendly, but no shorts or sandals), and she immediately understood the assignment. She pulled together a look that was classy, timeless, and perfectly suited for the setting. Her eye for detail, warmth, and thoughtful guidance made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. The proof was in the reactions at the wedding — the bride told me I looked like I belonged on an Italian villa vacation and asked for a photo, and several friends said I won best dressed. That speaks volumes about Flora’s styling instincts. I also want to give a shoutout to Isaiah, who helped me the previous day. Although I ultimately exchanged my initial selection, his customer service was equally excellent — professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue coming back. Huge thanks to Flora and Isaiah for making me look and feel my best.
